Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please reach out to us before sending any items back. Returns made without prior confirmation may not be accepted.

Since items are specially made, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind on purchases. Refunds are only available for faulty items or size exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with a photo of the package within 7 days of receiving delivery. In this case, we will issue a full refund and cover all shipping costs.

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you may exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll confirm and process your exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, tags intact!

Shipping costs and return arrangements for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
